We offer you to rent the 2nd floor of our house, furnished, for a period of about 10 months, from early July 2025 to the end of April 2026. Located in a quiet and green neighborhood, our accommodation combines tranquility and direct proximity to the city center and public transport.

What you will find at your disposal:
- Spacious and bright bedroom (15 m², facing South): Equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 cm), it also includes two large dressers and an open wardrobe.
- Functional office (15 m², facing North): Equipped with a large desk and a bookshelf, ideal for remote work. The layout of this space can be discussed according to your needs.
- Private bathroom: Enjoy this spacious and modern bathroom including sink, bathtub, and toilet, without sharing with other users of the house.

You would be sharing with two pleasant and discreet roommates, young professionals in their thirties, who occupy the 1st floor of the house.

The common areas consist of the following:
- Ground floor: Access to a modern kitchen, a welcoming living room, as well as a visitor's toilet. You can also enjoy our terrace and garden, ideal for relaxing.
- Basement: Access to a laundry area

Location: Chemin de Broye, Renens
Easy access to public transport: Bus lines 18 and 9 are in immediate proximity and take you in just 15 minutes to the city center, Lausanne train station, and many other attractive places. Lake Geneva and the EPFL campus are only 15 minutes by bike.

Availability: From early July 2025
Rate: 1,500 CHF per month, all charges included (water, electricity, heating, internet, audiovisual tax).
