Single room for rent - 4853 Riken AG, Bergstrasse

Starting from 20.06.2025, my rented WG room in Lörrach on Bergstraße will be available until 29.09.2025.

The room is furnished with a large 1.40m bed, a small desk, a sink, table, dresser, and a large wardrobe with a mirror.
The newly renovated bathroom on the same floor and the kitchen on the ground floor will be shared with a roommate.

It is located in the attic (2nd floor), between the city center and DHBW with a bus stop right in front of the door. The DHBW can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

In total, there are 4 roommates in the house, most of whom are students.

The deposit is one month's rent (400€)
