The apartment is located near the Stauffacher tram stop, just one stop or a 7-minute walk from Zurich Main Station (HB). It's situated in a quiet area, but very close to cool bars and restaurants.

The available room is approximately 10 m², bright and sunny with natural light throughout the day. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rack and practical storage space, making it comfortable and move-in ready.

Shared common areas include:
a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with two desks for studying or working.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a MSc student in my 30s who enjoys technology, innovation, music, creativity, deep discussions and hanging out from time to time.

Additional Information:
Available for a minimum stay of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Laundry facilities are available in the building.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but does not have a dishwasher.

A cleaning lady comes weekly to clean the common areas.
Cleaning costs are included in the rent. A basic level of cleanliness and tidiness between cleanings is expected, this includes keeping the kitchen and dishes clean at all times and showing respect for each other's space.
