Total area of 85 m2, to share with a couple of 35 years old (optometrist and communication specialist), a calm cat, lots of green plants, and a mini-garden :)

Equipped kitchen, individual fridge available for the tenant. Bathroom with washing machine available for free access! Separate toilet. Wifi and TV included.

We are looking for a trustworthy, calm, and respectful person, WHO HAS ALREADY LIVED ALONE OR IN A SHARED FLAT (self-sufficient in daily tasks in the apartment).

If interested, here are the mandatory documents to be provided: Identity card or passport/Criminal record extract/Residence permit or proof of studies in Switzerland. For guarantors (parents for example): Identity documents and last 3 payslips

The deposit is CHF 3,300.- and the final file must legally be validated by the management, it is a formality but it may slow down the process by a few days/week.
