Furnished room for rent in shared accommodation with one person in a 3.5-room apartment very close to the train station, 5 min from Renens, in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops, public transport, UNIL, and EPFL 7 min. Also, shops very close.

I am looking for a discreet, calm, and respectful person. And capable of participating in cleaning tasks.
I prefer if the person comes on weekends. No employees or students at home.
Documents will be required: valid residence permit and employment contract.
The apartment has two bathrooms.
The room is very bright with greenery, has a large mattress, wardrobe, and table, and it is possible to use the washing machine in the bathroom.
