Rent: CHF 600.-
+ CHF 160.- additional costs (water, electricity, heating)
+ CHF 150.-/month, paid by each resident for the following community services:
=> Common rooms: 200m2 (cafeteria, multi-purpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-residents, each having their own private apartment
=> WLAN, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)
=> Homemade soaps and detergents with 24/7 laundry room
=> 4 organic vegetarian meals in a buffet per month, prepared by a cook (choice between 8 dates per month)
+ CHF 100.- for a part of your monthly food:
=> 24/7 grocery store for residents with basic products (spices, flour, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer as well as vegetables from the permaculture garden


+ Request for participation in the collective: 12 hours/month (8 hours from the 2nd year).

Participation of the type housekeeping for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning of common rooms, as needed.

+ Furnished option CHF 25.-/month

It is a cooperative housing cooperative, without real estate speculation. The rents are cost-covering.

All tenants are also co-owners; they must invest shares (which are repaid at the end of the tenancy) in the cooperative, the amount depends on the m2 of their private apartment. If you have no assets, you can use your 2nd compulsory share or ask us to find the funds for you.
