Room for rent in a charming apartment in Fortunau, Ayent. Quietly located and with optimal sun exposure (great for enjoying the balcony and terrace). 10 minutes from Anzere and 15 minutes from Sion. Bus stop nearby.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a dressing room, a kitchen, a dining/living room, a shower room, a laundry room and a cellar, a balcony and a terrace.

I am looking for a roommate, any age, but with a good personality!
As an enthusiastic mountain sportswoman and a very active person, I am rarely at home, but I would still be happy to enjoy an aperitif, a meal or a film together from time to time.
I currently share the apartment with two cats, they are part of the package :)

The rent is 700.- including utilities for the room (unfurnished) and the private dressing room. The room is available immediately or as agreed.
