We are looking for a new tenant for a room of 13m2 in Zurich Oerlikon. It is located near the train station and many shopping facilities are not far. The rent of CHF 980 includes all utilities and a cleaner who cleans the common rooms every two weeks. A possible rent increase due to the rise of the reference interest rate is not included.
