Single room for rent - 9565 Rothenhausen

We are a diverse 5-person shared flat (plus a small dog) and are looking for someone for the attic (large room with private bathroom and walk-in closet) from July 1st, 2025, which you would have entirely to yourself. We share a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, two cellars, a great veranda, and a large outdoor area. The house is located in the middle of a gigantic garden with large trees. The neighbors are therefore very far away and the view from the veranda is fantastic.
