We are known for flexible rental periods. Ideal as an elegant interim solution or to find your way around on site. E.g. during the probationary period, an apprenticeship, posting to the Rhine Valley, until the family follows, your own long-term apartment has been found etc.
We attach importance to the connections of the apartments to public transport.
Our rental prices include all utilities (water, electricity, heating – fair use!), furniture, equipment (including kitchen equipment), cleaning and internet.
Deposit: 1 montly rent.
