Single room for rent - 9403 Goldach

We are looking for someone who is reliable, open and friendly :) It is important to us that you are also around our age (18-28). It would be nice if you would also like to participate in the shared flat life (cooking together, occasional evening together etc.), whereby each person is of course also given their own space ;)

The room is on the first floor and is approx. 13sqm large. It is part of a 6-person shared flat house, in which we are spread over three floors with various communal rooms. Utilities included.

In addition to the room, there is access to two kitchens, living room, two bathrooms, small guest room, garden, large cellar (laundry room with washing machine, storage room etc.), parking space and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms include shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet and each a small storage room.

We are currently five and a very mixed shared flat. We are a communication scientist, a teacher, a trainee tailor, an aspiring teacher, a lawyer and someone who works in controlling. We are not a Zweck-WG and we did not know each other before. One roommate has a dog, who also belongs to the shared flat :) We are looking for one more person to support the large house. We are all between 18-28, very warm-hearted people and look forward to your message!!
