In my apartment at Sittertalstrasse 28, 9014 St. Gallen, a beautiful 21 m² room on the 1st floor will be available from August 1. The room is bright, has windows on two sides with a view of greenery, and costs 680 CHF/month. The Sitter is directly accessible – ideal for relaxing, swimming, or walking.

The apartment has a balcony, a bathtub, a dishwasher, a fire pit in the garden, and a cellar with a laundry room. From September, there is also the possibility to use a studio space in the attic – perfect for creative or craft work.

I am 29 years old and work right next door in the art foundry. I am looking for a roommate of a similar age who is interested in a respectful, relaxed cohabitation – and also interested in shaping and filling the apartment with life together. Not a purpose-driven shared flat, but a friendly, uncomplicated everyday life.
