Single room for rent - 9008 St. Gallen

We're looking for an open and uncomplicated flat mate for our wonderful 3 people shared flat starting from April 2024. Ideally you are between 20- 40 years old and appreciate a cozy and clean shared flat life, with respectful and friendly interaction with each other.
The flat is a beautiful art nouveau apartment on the 3rd floor, with a top location along the Langgasse:

• Shopping facilities (Migros and Denner) as well as a bakery and the best pizzeria are just across the street
• bus lines 3/4/6 take you to the train station within 6 minutes
• you are at the University within a walk of 12 minutes and at the Kantonsspital in approx. 15 minutes.
  Your room (20 m²) with beautiful parquet floor comes unfurnished. (By interest, there is the possibility to take over the bed). The costs are 575.- for your room, plus additional costs for electricity, WLAN, water, and heating (approx. 50.- per month).
  The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a spacious entrance area, bathroom with separate WC, and a sunny balcony. There is also a cellar and attic compartment and a shared washing machine/tumbler in the cellar.
  You would be sharing your new home with two lovely flat mates: Ulia (18), loves to do art work and cares for good vibes. Magnus (38) is an engineer in the solar business. He likes doing mountain sports and DIY stuff. Every once in a while, we enjoy spending some time together accompanied by a good movie, tasty food, and happy thoughts.
