It is a 14m2 room in a 5 1/2 room apartment with 113m2. The room is fully furnished and the rent for the room and furniture is 550 CHF.
The furniture includes a bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, wardrobe, clothes rack and shelf. The additional costs for electricity and heating are not fully included in the rent. Only the fixed costs (advance payment and deposit for heating and electricity as well as for the internet) are included in the rent. The share of the deposit is assumed equally by each subtenant and includes a one-time payment of 500 CHF. This amount will be returned after the apartment (and room) has been left in proper and undamaged condition.
The apartment is fully functional and can be used without restriction. The common rooms are the bathroom, toilet, living and dining room, kitchen, foyer and balcony. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used without restriction by the whole house.
The apartment is shared with 3 roommates. These are 3 friendly students in Bachelor and Master programs. The house comprises 3 apartments, all occupied by students. Therefore, a student subtenant would fit very well into this structure.
The way to the university takes about 10 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a Migros, a Denner, a Spar and the bus stop Langgasse as well as Rosenheimstrasse (lines 3, 4 and 6). There is also a large Migros within a 3-minute walking distance. There are also many restaurants and service providers (such as a cleaning service) in this area.
