The apartment is centrally located near the city park. Bus stops are reachable within a few meters, the marketplace is a 5-minute walk away, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with various kitchen appliances such as microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, etc.
The washing machine is available in the house for all parties for a small fee.

About the room:
The room is facing the courtyard, so it is quiet and gets sun all day. Here you have a nice view towards the three ponds. Additionally, it will be rented furnished.

About the shared apartment:
We are four people living in the apartment. During your stay, you will be living with a student and two working professionals.

The room can be rented from now until 31.08.2025, or just for a few weeks during this period, depending on what you are looking for.
