The Room
The charming room is about 12m² in size, bright, quiet, with large windows on two sides and a view over the roofs of St. Gallen. The apartment is also bright and generously laid out and is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station and the city center. A good bus connection is available in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen is well equipped, and a living room for shared use is also available. WC and bathroom are separate.

The Shared Apartment
We are looking for an uncomplicated roommate who appreciates shared living but also values their own freedoms. You should already have shared living experience and be around 26-33 years old. We value cleanliness and consideration for each other and would be happy if that is just as natural for you.
Since the current main tenant will be leaving the shared apartment, preference will be given to those who are willing to take over the main tenancy.

Two of your roommates are master's students at HSG, another roommate is employed and often travels for work. We are all firmly established in life and are not a party flat, but we do enjoy spontaneous chats in the kitchen :)
