Apartment: Your new room is about 14 m2 in size. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, and 2 balconies. It also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a drying room and a storage room available. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

Costs: With the additional costs, electricity, Serafe, internet, etc. are already covered. So basically all-inclusive ;)

Location: The apartment is centrally located (about 10 min. by bus). The bus stop is about 2 min away and the nearest shopping opportunity is about 5 min.

Who I am looking for: An open-minded, communicative, and tidy person, preferably of the same age, who appreciates both shared and individual time in the shared apartment. Also someone who wants to rent it long-term.

Who I am: I am Vanessa (29), currently training to be a kinesiologist and working part-time. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, appreciate cooking evenings in the shared apartment, and am a member of a Guggenmusik.
