A room in our shared apartment will become available from June 1st.

It is a 5.5-room apartment with 137 m2. The apartment has a large living room (with an adjacent room for shared use), a modern kitchen (including a dishwasher), a balcony with a view of the greenery, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a laundry column (washing machine and dryer).
The room is approx. 14 m2 and very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling window. If desired, some furniture (wardrobe, desk, bed) can be taken over from the previous tenant.
From June 1st or by arrangement a little earlier/later we are looking for an uncomplicated, tidy and likeable roommate. Non-smokers and no pets preferred.

We are two sporty, open-minded, thirty-somethings who both play football and ice hockey as hobbies, like to play games and also go out to celebrate.
