We are Michele (M 31) and Mattia (M 29) both from Italy, looking for a new flatmate to share our 4.5 room apartment.

The flat spreads on 2 floors:

1. lower floor: 2 rooms, a shared balcony and 2 bathrooms;
2. Upper floor: 1 room, a big living room an island kitchen and a balcony.

It is very well equipped, a basement storage room, laundry room with private (brand new) washing and drying machines.
It is 7 mins walk from Oerlikon train station, 4 mins to Coop Eleven, direct access from the building to Aldi.

The room is on the lower floor, there would be the chance to buy some of the furniture.

The rent would be total of 1300 (all costs included):

• building costs
• Internet
• swisscaution for deposit

Only cost excluded is SERAFE tax.
