Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Avenue Beauregard 9

Hi!

We are a shared accommodation of four people located right next to the Fribourg train station, and we are looking for a new roommate starting in September. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, with a large bright living room open to a fully equipped kitchen. There are also separate toilets and a bathroom, as well as a balcony perfect for enjoying the nice days.

We are ideally located for easy access to the city center, grocery shopping even on Sundays, and enjoying all the public transport options that Fribourg has to offer. The rent is 502.50 CHF per month, internet included, and with electricity charges, it all comes to about 525 CHF. The room is about 12 m² and is unfurnished.

You would share the apartment with Arthur, Steven, and Marylaure. Nathan, our current roommate, is leaving, and we are looking for someone to take his place. Note: two cats live with us, so if you are allergic, this may not be ideal.
