I am renting a room of about 11m2 from Monday to Friday. The room is not fully furnished yet, we will discuss that together. A separate toilet with sink is included. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room with terrace are available for use. NO parking included. Train station is about a 4-minute walk away. Train and bus in all directions on a regular schedule. NO smoking, NO pets. Consideration and order are a matter of course. I am curious.
