We are renting out a beautiful, unfurnished 11sqm room indefinitely.
The move-in date is possible from June 1st, depending on agreement.
The room is equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating. It has shutters and is located on the 1st floor. Through the window, you have a view of the green neighborhood.

The apartment itself is very large (140sqm) and beautiful, with great amenities. There is a projector, a washing machine in the apartment, a dryer in the laundry room, a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, 2 visitor parking spaces, 1 basement compartment, and 3 very nice roommates. :)

Additional costs are settled throughout the year via splitwise (about 100 CHF per month). We have a cleaning lady who comes once a week. The apartment is clean, tidy, green, and sociable.

We are looking for someone to complete our quartet.
