I am looking for a main tenant (ideally long-term) who is reliable and enjoys a quiet, friendly life in a shared flat.

You would get to live in a bright 16m2 room with direct access to a spacious balcony in a friendly 3.5-room flat - a perfect space for living and working. The other rooms in the flat, apart from your flatmate's room, are communal and are also at your disposal. The flat share is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler for shared use in the basement and a cellar compartment with plenty of storage space.

The neighborhood is quiet, green and yet urban. There are various shopping facilities within walking distance. The railway station and the post office can be reached in 5 minutes; the S-Bahn takes you to the main station in 10 minutes. A tram station (lines 2 & 20) is a 2-minute walk from the flat.

You would share the flat with Will (19), a physics student. He is sporty, open-minded and uncomplicated. The shared flat life with him is relaxed and respectful.
