In my charming apartment, a cozy room is becoming free! The apartment has a total of 117m² and is perfect for everyone who appreciates a natural panorama and a quiet atmosphere.

What awaits you:

• A bedroom (for you), 2 bathrooms and two balconies with a wonderful natural view and distant mountain panorama
• A cozy tower room and a living room (both with a comfortable sofa)
• Underfloor heating in all rooms, lots of wood, and parquet almost everywhere (except in your bedroom, utility room and bathrooms)
• Robot vacuum cleaner and Dyson – cleanliness without stress ;)
• Two washing machines and a dryer in the basement (almost always available)
• Year of construction approx. 1980s, with solar collectors and water pump – sustainable living included :)
• Always free visitor parking spaces, underground parking spaces available on request

In the vicinity and public transport:

• Shopping facilities (Volg, gas stations with Coop & BP) only 10–15 minutes away on foot

About me:
I am 32 years old, a web programmer, a connoisseur, a nature and travel lover. I am curious, easy-going, empathetic, relaxed, reflective and I am currently training for a half-marathon. I also like to eat healthy, but I'm not too strict about it. I work a lot from home. And otherwise I also like to switch off and enjoy my me-time :-)

What you should bring:
I am looking for an uncomplicated person who likes a cozy, communal living feeling, but at the same time appreciates their privacy. Open communication, consideration and finding solutions together are important to you and you are not too loud. You are perhaps 27 to 37 years old and great if you are interested in communal organizing or sharing meals. Hmm.. And otherwise? Oh yes, don't forget your own furniture and good mood!

Your rent is 1000.- CHF per month, this already includes all additional costs such as water, electricity, internet and household supplies. I take care of everything else – easy!
