Single room for rent - 8903 Birmensdorf ZH

Starting in May, we are looking for one or two new <<Gspändli>> for our shared apartment. We – Denise and Andrin (30 & 31) – are both working: Andrin often works from home, and Denise is in nursing. We have been living here for two years, currently with another couple. The house is mostly furnished, but we are happy to add any new decorative plants or to set up together with you or you all. :)

We wish for more than just a purpose-driven shared apartment. If it fits, it would be great to occasionally eat together, watch a movie, or do something together. 😊

Location:
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and shopping facilities. You can reach Zurich HB by train in 15 minutes.

What we offer:
We live in a large 5.5-room house with a garden and a view of greenery. You will get:

One or two rooms for yourself, each 12 m2, and the monthly rent refers to per room. We share the bathroom together.

The rent changes depending on how many people live here; with 4 people, the rent would be about 1050.-

Kitchen
Living/Dining room
Large winter garden, basically a second living room
Large bathroom with shower and bathtub (upper floor)
Small WC (ground floor)
Office in the basement
Laundry room and storage room
The house extends over three floors. Especially nice is the terrace by the bedroom on the upper floor.
