In this beautiful apartment, two shared rooms will be available from June 1st. The apartment is a 5.5-room apartment, spread over two floors. On the first floor are the bedrooms, a work area and a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet and laundry column. On the upper floor are the large dining and living area and another bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a 22 m² roof terrace offering views of the Uetliberg and, in good weather, even views of the Alps. There is also a small cellar compartment.

The smaller room (12 m²) has a window to the inner courtyard and will be handed over unfurnished. The larger room (15m²), which has a private balcony, faces Militärstrasse. This room already has a wardrobe and a lamp, which can ideally be removed (together CHF 370.-). In addition, for both rooms there is a one-time deduction for the shared apartment furniture of approx. CHF 500.- each. For the deposit, an insurance has been taken out, which costs CHF 660.- per year for everyone, i.e. CHF 220.- per person per year. Thus, no deposit is due upon arrival. In addition, the main rental agreement would be taken over.

It is a 3-person shared apartment, so I would like to introduce myself. My name is Pia, I am 31 years old and originally from Germany. I have been living in Zurich for almost 5 years now and I really enjoy life in Zurich. In my free time I do a lot of sports and enjoy the mountains. In winter I like to ski and ski tour and in summer I love to hike. I also cycle racing bikes and always like to discover the Zurich surroundings. Since the apartment is also located very close to Langstrasse, it would be a shame if I didn't enjoy going out. I particularly enjoy dancing, so you can always find me in bars with a DJ, as I'm already (almost) too old for clubs. Overall, I am a very sociable person and therefore like to have friends over regularly.

As my roommates, I wish for someone who is not looking for a purely functional shared apartment. The apartment is too beautiful to live past each other and it's much more fun when you live together. Ideally, you are in your late 20s/early 30s, clean, act independently, show initiative and have a positive attitude. It would be great if you are a non-smoker and perhaps even a vegetarian.
