We are renting a small unfurnished room in Höngg near Rütihof station from now on. We are looking for a quiet person who has a secure income and can live independently. We can communicate with each other, but we are more of a Zweck-WG (purpose-built flat share), where everyone works and we simply live together harmoniously.

The room is approx. 10m2 and costs 950 CHF per month. A deposit is not required. Furniture can be brought along.

The location is very quiet and well connected to the city with line 46, which goes directly to the main station. There is also a supermarket nearby.

We are a man and a woman who live together relaxed.

It is important to us that you appreciate peace and quiet, live cleanly and tidily, and respect the privacy of your roommates. Parties are not possible with us and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The red carpet has been newly laid. In direct sunlight, the walls appear slightly pink.
