Immediately available, for temporary or as per agreement. The rent include the house additional charges and can be reduced to 1290-CHF if rented on yearly basis or for a minimum of 12 months. The furnitures inside your bedroom can be rearranged as per your convenience. Wifi can be shared via hot-spot for free except when travelling. Free public parking spaces are available nearby from 8p.m. until 8a.m. (No private parking).

The entire apartment will be shared with 1 person only, woman 50 years old, entrepreneur, living in already and regularly travelling. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate, preferably a woman, clean and tidy, honest and responsible. Pets welcome.
