Single room for rent - 8808 Pfäffikon SZ

Between May and July, a shared room will be available with us, the exact timing is not yet determined, but at the latest by the end of July 2025. It is a non-smoking shared apartment, thus it will only be rented to a non-smoker, there is no parking space, this would have to be rented separately nearby.
The apartment is located on the edge of the village center, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the train station.
The shared room is ideal for people who want to live tax-efficiently in Pfäffikon SZ / municipality of Freienbach.
The rent is a flat rate, electricity, water, heating, and internet are included. The room is rented only to one person. We have a cleaning lady who cleans the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway every three weeks, and if desired, also vacuums the rented room.
The rent would be as follows:
CHF 1,000.00 for persons who use the shared room a maximum of two days a week.
CHF 1,125.00 for persons who use the shared room about 5 days a week.
CHF 1,250.00 for persons who use the shared room more than 5 days a week
=> The minimum rental period is 3 months.
