About us

We are two young individuals looking for a new roommate in our beautiful shared apartment in Thalwil. You can expect a harmonious environment where you can retreat or, if you wish, spend time with us.

You can expect very good train connections, peace, and a place where you can feel comfortable.

We are Simon (28, personnel consultant) and Felix (27, management consultant). We are open, uncomplicated, and enjoy doing sports in our free time, studying on the side, or meeting friends.

Your room

The room is approximately 12 m², bright, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The rent is CHF 1064.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is only a 2-minute walk from Thalwil train station.
