I am renting a cozy shared room in a quiet two-family house with a lift, ideally located between Stäfa and Uerikon. Uerikon train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The room has its own bathroom, which occasionally needs to be shared with visitors. It can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished (with a high-quality bed and wardrobe). A living room with a very well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with lake views are available for shared use. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, which can also be used. Parking spaces are available directly on the street, and optionally a parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 100.-. I am a retired woman, I travel a lot with my dog Tilly, and I would be happy if you are an open person who likes to exchange ideas. An occasional shared meal or a nice conversation is a welcome opportunity for me to enrich our life together. Sustainability and a certain order in the household are important to me. The room is particularly suitable for people who are in the region during the week and are looking for a quiet home (e.g., weekly lodgers).
