As our roommate is moving out of our 4.5 apartment WG in Zurich Manegg (Kreis 2), we have a room available starting from the 1st of August (or earlier by agreement).

We are Isabelle (25, German/American) and Pablo (31, Colombian). Isabelle is doing a PhD in sustainability management at the HSG. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, playing guitar, building Catalan human towers and gardening. Pablo works as AI Engineer but also enjoys dancing Salsa, cooking arepas and hiking/skiing/running. Together we enjoy occasionally cooking at home, chatting in the evening or enjoying a drink on our balcony. We are both very active and busy with friends, hobbies, and travels, yet we also enjoy spending time at home when we are here, as well as having guests over.

We are looking for a roommate who is between 25 and 35 years old, fluent in English, and working. We value open-mindedness, kindness, compassion, respect, autonomy, and clean.

The price is CHF 1092, and it includes rent and high speed internet.

The room is in a modern 4.5 apartment (3 bedrooms), approx. 114m2, built in 2018. It is located in the Green City neighborhood, and right next to Zürich Manegg SZU train station, you will be in Zürich HB in 10 min. With bus 70 you are less than 10 minutes away from Zürich Wiedikon and the lake. Directly in the neighborhood you can find a Spar supermarket (which you can access without stepping out of the building), a Wüst bakery and a bistro, and within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can find a Migros, a Kuhn bakery, and other commerce. Just nearby there is also a forest which offers plenty of opportunity for walking or jogging in nature, has Vita-parcours, and a lot of wild garlic for making fresh pesto :-).

The living room is 45m2, has two sources of natural light from West and South, and is directly connected with a modern kitchen with induction stove, large dishwasher and a lot of cabinets for storage. It has direct access to a 20.5 m2 balcony facing West. There are 3 bedrooms, each approx. 15m2, and two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a storeroom. In the basement there is a cellar compartment and a huge bicycle room where you can store your bikes!

The room you will be renting also opens directly to the large balcony.
