Single room for rent - 8610 Uster

We (3 guys & 1 girl, all between 20 and 22, students) are looking for a second female roommate for our cozy 5-person shared apartment in Uster :)

The room & the apartment:

• Room in a renovated, spacious house

• Modern kitchen with everything you need (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.)

• Huge balcony with grill & garden furniture. Perfect for summer!

• Living room for shared use

• You would share the bathroom with 2 of our roommates, but everything is relaxed. (Bathtub, sink, and separate toilet)

• Washing machine & dryer in your own laundry room

• Wi-Fi is of course included.

Location:

• Only 4 minutes walk from Uster train station

• By train, you are at Stadelhofen in 11-20 minutes, so quickly at the university

• Coop, Lidl, Aldi, Migros – all within walking distance

Who we are looking for:

A female roommate, ideally also a student, who is open, uncomplicated, tidy, and would like to be part of a shared apartment. We also like to do things together from time to time, but we also respect privacy.
