Our shared apartment is a one-minute walk to Uster train station. In 11 minutes you can be at Stadelhofen or in 15 minutes at HB. By bike, you can reach Greifensee in 5 minutes, where you can cool off on hot summer days.

Your beautiful bright room is about 16m^2 in size. Additionally, there is an underground parking space that can be sublet when not in use.

The entire apartment (120m^2) is fitted with dark parquet flooring and meets the latest construction standards, as well as the latest kitchen appliances. There is also a storage room with its own washing machine and dryer.

Of course, you can use all living spaces including the beautiful loggia. Down in the communal garden, you can also host cozy barbecue evenings.

Your future roommates are Nici (26) and Jan (32). Nici works as a psychologist & Jan works as a recruiting specialist.

Both enjoy sports such as handball, volleyball, or gym. The shared living looks like everyone does their own thing during the day, but sometimes cooks together in the evening or just chats. Additionally, there is an informal shared evening every 1-2 months where you can grill together, play table tennis, or just cook something elaborate.
