Are you looking for a quiet home in a rural setting close to the city of Zurich? Then I have just the right place for you! :)

I am looking for a flatmate (1 person) to share the beautiful 4 1/2 room, 125m2 apartment in Gutenswil with me. I offer you your own room including a private bathroom with shower, a shared dressing room with wardrobe, and we will share all other rooms except for my bedroom. A garage space is also available for CHF 120.- For a small additional fee, I can provide the rooms fully furnished.

The apartment also features a garden and 2 seating areas. Nearby, there is a Volg grocery store and 3 bus stops, which will take you to Zurich in 30 minutes, to Uster in 8 minutes, and to Zurich Örlikon in 15-20 minutes by car. In the surrounding area, you will find various local recreation areas such as Lake Greifen and Lake Pfäffiker, and if you feel like heading to the next city, Uster will not disappoint you, but Volketswil also has a lot to offer.

I love both peace and company equally. In my free time, I like to grab my bike and explore the area. I also enjoy long walks, rollerblading, or beautiful sunsets at Lake Greifensee. But I also like to just sit in our beautiful garden and enjoy a good aperitif!
