We – Vanessa (26), Patrik (32), and dog Cindy – are looking for a new roommate for our relaxed, modern, and well-organized 3-person shared apartment in beautiful Zwickyareal.

About the apartment & location:
Our apartment is part of a spacious 4-room apartment with 107 m² of living space, two bathrooms (one with shower & one with bathtub) and a huge balcony that invites you to relax and occasionally enjoy coffee with the roommates.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, large refrigerator, freezer, and everything you need for cooking together or on your own.

We live in the popular Zwicky district – quiet, green, and still super central:

• Tram station just a few minutes walk away
• Stettbach train station just around the corner
• Aldi, Migros & Co. within walking distance
• Close to recreational areas and walking paths
• Various restaurants within walking distance

About us:
Vanessa works at an insurance company, does about 50% home office, is sporty, and enjoys a lunch or a shared dinner when it fits.
Patrik works at Huawei, is often on the go – either for work or sports (gym, badminton, nature).
Cindy, the little mixed-breed dog, belongs to Patrik – but is calm, hair-free, and mostly stays in his room.

Who we are looking for:
A tidy, open person (m/f, 24–36 years) with a stable income who is interested in a harmonious, structured shared living experience.
We are not cleaning fanatics, but order is important to us – we share household tasks fairly so that it remains pleasant for everyone.

• 14 m² bright, well-shaped room
• Two bathrooms (shower & bathtub) – gender-separated
• Own washing tower
• Storage room + cellar
• Huge balcony
• Kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator & freezer
• 4-room apartment, 107 m² total area
• Rent: CHF 953.– (with shared bathroom)
• approx. CHF 60.– for Wi-Fi, electricity & household expenses
• Availability: from 1st or 15th September 2025
• Deposit: 3 months' rent

Important: The current roommate is moving out and taking some furniture with him.
The existing wardrobe should be taken over (price to be discussed), possibly also the desk.
If you have your own furniture like a sofa or living room cabinets – very welcome! The living room is looking forward to some fresh air.
