Single room for rent - 8600 Dübendorf

I am subrenting room in my apartment minimum two months (can be longer), with one month notice on both sides.

Internet, water, electricity, and heating are included in the price of 780chf.

Me:
32 y.o female working as a software engineer, mostly from home.
You:
30 - 40 y.o, preferably working from office, speaking english.
What's important for me is that our routine and views are aligned, e.g., no noise at all after 20 pm, respect to each other, keeping the common area clean.
