We are looking for a new roommate for our large shared apartment in Wetzikon. We have the whole house to ourselves. We are five uncomplicated roommates, 3 men and two women between 24 - 32 years old, and a calm friendly dog living in the shared apartment. We work in a bike shop, as a primary school teacher, as a drainage technician, at Sauber, and as a chemical laboratory technician. The house has 8.5 rooms and is very spacious with a large basement and attic. It has a large terrace and a big garden. In the evening, we enjoy having dinner or a beer together, and in the summer, we enjoy our large garden together. The big house allows us to retreat and spend a quiet evening. 750m² usable area 1500m² total area with surroundings. There is enough space in front of the house to park vehicles.
