Single room for rent - 8409 Winterthur

Unrestricted Room (from July): The room is 11.8m2 large and furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and bookshelf. These pieces of furniture can be taken over - price negotiable.

Apartment: Our 4-person shared apartment even has two balconies, which are available for everyone. ;-) The kitchen and living room are spacious and designed to be roomy. Overall, the living room has many windows, which create a bright atmosphere. The apartment has two bathrooms, which are shared by two roommates each. Cycling enthusiasts can store their bike (or of course other luggage, etc.) in the basement of the building. Surroundings: Coop, Denner, and Migros are reachable in 2 - 3 minutes on foot. About 1 km from the apartment is Grüzepark with many shopping options. Hegi train station and two bus stops are reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Eulachpark for relaxation is right next door.

You! A person who wants to live in a great neighborhood! ;-) It would be an advantage if you already have shared apartment experience, but it is not mandatory.

James, Nina, Annabel, and Selina. Nina, 20 years old, studies midwifery at ZHAW in her second semester. Annabel is 27 and teaches English. James is 34 years old, originally from New Zealand, and speaks English but is diligently learning German. So we speak English or German, depending on who is at home. ;-) James works as a rocket engineer in Zurich.
Selina is providing this room and will be gone by the end of June. The others are sometimes there, sometimes not... Depending on work commitments, study life, private life, etc... ;-). We like to sit together in the living room, chat about this and that, eat together occasionally, but we also completely respect it if someone needs their own peace in the evening and retreats to their room.
