Single room for rent - 8404 Winterthur

In our 4-room apartment, a room of approximately 10 m² is available. Kitchen, bathroom, study, and living room with balcony are shared. The apartment is located in close proximity to the village center of Oberwinterthur – shopping facilities, bus stop, Oberi train station, and the swimming pool are reachable within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The city center is 10-15 minutes away and Zurich is about 30 minutes by public transport.

We are Sandro and Valentina, both 26 years old and originally from Ticino. We are a couple, but don’t worry: we have been living in this apartment as a shared flat since 2020 and have had various roommates. We have always had good experiences and are happy to meet someone new at any time. We are open and communicative, but we also appreciate peace and opportunities to retreat, especially after a long workday.
