Single room for rent - 8404 Winterthur

I am looking for a new tenant (ideally you are over 25 years old) for my room in a shared apartment or for my 2.5 room apartment. The room is furnished with a bed and a shelf. Unfurnished is also possible upon request. You would share the apartment with my roommate, who has her own apartment. In addition to the rooms, we have a large garden with barbecue areas, a ping pong table, and a cat.

It is important that the property is only rented to a female* person. Inquiries without descriptions will not be considered.
