The room is in a 5 1/2-room apartment on the first floor. The flatshare has two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a balcony, a cellar compartment, a storage room for bicycles, and a laundry room with a drying room. If needed, a garage space can be rented additionally. The apartment is located in a quiet area in Dietlikon. Various shopping options such as Lidl, Aldi, Coop, and IKEA are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). ETH and Zurich can be reached in 15-20 minutes via the train station.

The room itself is about 10-12 m² in size. The furniture (office chair, desk (left), wardrobe, and bed) can be taken over by arrangement (CHF 200).

We are looking for an open-minded, friendly person who actively participates in our shared living and is not just looking for a place to stay. Cleanliness and personal responsibility should also not be foreign words ;).

The rent includes a cleaning lady who cleans the communal areas once a week.

The deposit for the room is 1500 CHF.
