Single room for rent - 8304 Wallisellen

From September 1, 2025, I will be taking over my previous shared apartment as the main tenant and am looking for a new male roommate for the room that will become available.

I am Felix, 20 years old and study physics at ETH Zurich. I am happy if you are of a similar age and ideally already have experience of living in a shared flat. It is particularly important to me that you value cleanliness and good togetherness.

The apartment is approx. 70 square meters in size, has a balcony, a dishwasher, a guest WC and even a fireplace. Your future room offers enough space with approx. 14 sqm. Incidentally, the current photos still show an "interim state", as my previous tenant is in the process of removing her belongings. The room is generally rented unfurnished, the furniture may be available for takeover.

The floor plan is unfortunately not completely accurate (the room is slightly larger than shown on the plan). In addition to the rent, there are electricity costs according to consumption, internet costs (approx. 20 francs per month) and the broadcasting fee. A deposit of 3 net monthly rents is required.

Practical extras: There is a bicycle room in the basement as well as a washing machine and dryer for shared use with other tenants. There is also a separate cellar room for storage.

The location is great: the apartment is on the edge of Wallisellen and you are quickly in the countryside. Streetcar line 12 and other bus lines can be reached in about 5 minutes. The Hönggerberg and the center (ETH main building, UZH) are about 35 minutes door-to-door.
