Single room for rent - 8302 Kloten

In our apartment, a room will become free from June 1st, 2025 (the exact move-in date can be discussed), which is why we are looking for an open, relaxed, and uncomplicated roommate.

The apartment: A small but nice 4.5-room apartment on the second floor with plenty of light and three bedrooms. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and cellar are for common use. In the building, there is a laundry room and a storage room (e.g., for bicycles), which is shared with the other tenants.

Your room: A 14m² unfurnished room with parquet flooring. If desired, a wardrobe and desk can be taken over. The room has a window through which the sun shines in the morning. The rent is CHF 510 per month including utility costs.

The location: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, but it is still a well-connected area with good bus and train connections. Everything you need is within walking distance. Bus stop (1 minute), train station (10 minutes), supermarkets (10 minutes), nature (5 minutes), airport (10 minutes by bike or bus).

About us: Elena, 25 years old, social work student (currently on an exchange semester in Berlin until the end of July), yoga enthusiast, plant lover, and day raver. Alessia, 26 years old, flight attendant at swiss, globetrotter, hobby cook, and techno lover. Due to our studies and work, we have our own schedules and routines, but we also appreciate the shared apartment life very much and are of course also up for spontaneous conversations, shared dinners, a movie or game night.

We are looking for someone who is around the same age and shares similar vibes - so someone who already has a bit of shared apartment and life experience.
