Single room for rent - 8302 Kloten

Hello dear apartment seekers! 🌼

I am looking for a nice, animal-loving roommate for my cozy shared room in a furnished 3-room apartment in Kloten starting from mid/end of July. The rent is initially limited to one year.

My dog Milo 🐶 and I will be on sabbatical during this time, but I plan to come back to my apartment occasionally to work from there. Therefore, you would need to agree that we will be sleeping on the sofa in the living room during this time. However, since I will also be traveling a lot, this will probably only be for a few weeks every 2-3 months.

The apartment has 3 rooms and a large sunny balcony, is fully equipped, and has everything you need to feel comfortable right away – a modern kitchen, a cozy living room, and a small but nice bathroom including a bathtub.
You will share the apartment with another roommate who also appreciates a relaxed and friendly living environment. He is only here until Thursday, which means you would have the entire weekend to yourself.
The Kloten train station and various shopping and leisure options are just a few minutes' walk away; Zurich HB can be reached in 15 minutes by S7. The bus stops almost right in front of the door, and you can reach the airport in 10 minutes.

My home is very important to me, so I am looking for someone who is responsible, already in professional life, values a tidy and clean environment, and takes care of my inventory during my absence.
