Single room for rent - 8302 Kloten

I am looking for two new roommates from 01.07.2025 who would like to stay in this shared apartment for a longer period (at least 6 months). Two rooms are available, the larger room costs CHF 986.- including utilities (12.8m2) and the smaller room CHF 970.- (12.7m2) you would share the bathroom between the two of you.

As my new roommate you are; tidy (but you don't have to be a cleaning fanatic), reliable, uncomplicated, between about 18 and 30 years old, and also independent, happy to be on your own - but also open occasionally for sociable cooking/wine or TV evenings ☺️

About me; I am Albert, 20 years old and originally from Schwäbisch Hall in Germany. I have been a flight attendant at SWISS since March 2024.
I am an open-minded person who likes to relax at the end of the day and with whom you can talk about many different topics. At the same time, time for myself and my retreat is also important to me.
The social battery needs to be recharged sometimes ;)
I place particular emphasis on respectful interaction, mutual consideration and uncomplicated communication. Then the shared apartment life including cleanliness works!
In my free time I am very relaxed: I like to meet friends, explore new places or cook.
