Single room for rent - 8302 Kloten

Hello,

we are a 4-girl shared apartment (ages 22-28) and are looking for a new addition starting mid/end of September. Since it should remain a women-only apartment, we prefer female applicants.

The room is quite large with a sloping roof and 2 windows. The apartment itself is also quite spacious and has 2 floors, so 2 people share a bathroom. We are equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all sorts of kitchen utensils (even an air fryer) and a basement compartment. Additionally, there is a winter garden and balcony; I can send more pictures upon request. I am also happy to leave some furniture, depending on need and agreement :)

For us, a social living environment is very important. We value companionship, cooking together, and if time allows, small outings. Therefore, it is also important to us that the room is not used for commuting purposes, but that we can integrate a new person :)
