We are looking for a new flatmate for our 5-person shared flat in a beautiful old building apartment in Lucerne.

The Room
Your future room is about 15.5 m2, has high ceilings and light thanks to a large window - in typical old building style.

The Apartment
Our apartment spans two floors and measures over 250 m2 in total - plenty of space for everyone. There is a large living room, a separate dining room, two bathrooms, a cozy kitchen with a small balcony, and on top of that, a dreamlike rooftop terrace.

The Location
You can walk to Lucerne train station in 15 minutes, or bike there in just 5. The Rotsee is also nearby - ideal for jogging, walking, or swimming. You can reach the bus stop, Coop, and Migros in 2 minutes.

Your Future Shared Flat
You would be living with Pascal, Miriam, Dani, and Francois. We all enjoy being active - whether hiking, bouldering, ski touring, fishing, or jogging - as long as it involves nature and movement. However, we also enjoy spending time together at home: whether cozy evenings with friends, shared flat parties, or kitchen talks - everything has a place with us.

Move-in Date
From the first weekend in August.
