Im Stadt- und naturnahen Quartier Schaffhausen-Buchthalen, möbliertes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten. Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Garten mit Sitzplatz ist Teil des Mietobjekts und darf von dem/den Mieter/n mitbenutzt werden.
Waschmaschine und Trocknungsraum sind vorhanden. Tumbler darf mit Erlaubnis vom Vermieter gegen eine kleine Gebühr benutzt werden. Die Küche wird vom Vermieter mitbenutzt, bis im Parterre eine Küche eingebaut wird. TV ist sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Strom, Wasser, Heizung und WLAN sind im Mietpreis enthalten, TV-und Radiogebühren (SERAFE) sind von dem/den Mieter/n zu bezahlen.
Privatsphäre ist wichtig und wird vom Vermieter respektiert.
Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss und der Bus fährt in 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof / Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 Minuten bis in die Stadt. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und kann für Fr. 50.-- pro Monat dazu gemietet werden. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt, befindet sich ein Migros-Markt mit Poststelle und eine Denner-Filiale.
Für Vertragsabschluss wir verlangt: ID oder Pass, Arbeitsnachweis (Vertrag), Betreibungsauszug.
Zusätzlich für ausländische Bewerber eine Aufenthaltsbewilligung B und eine Arbeitsbestätigung (Vertrag).
Für Studenten die Immatrikulationsbestätigung einer CH-Hochschule.
Die Mietkaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete, die erste Miete ist im Voraus zu bezahlen. Übergabe-und Reinigungskosten von CHF 150.--, sind im Voraus zu bezahlen und werden nicht rückerstattet.
