Single room for rent - 8810 Horgen, Bergstrasse 81c

The room is 14 m2 in size, has a stone floor and is furnished. The room is bright with large windows and has a very nice view of the greenery. It is on the ground floor and has a sliding door that leads directly to the kitchen/living room. The apartment is two stories and has a lot of common living space that can also be used for hobbies. There are two bathrooms (shower only in one of the two). In front of the apartment, there is a small seating area, and a barbecue area can be used in the neighborhood.
The apartment is part of the TRIFT HORGEN project, which pursues ecological and social goals. There are many opportunities to get involved in the neighborhood and connect with other residents, e.g., through joint activities, in the garden, or in neighborhood projects.

We are a shared apartment of three people, all of whom are studying or have just graduated. We like to exchange ideas in the evenings and often do things together, but we also understand well when someone needs their peace. Since I am doing an internship abroad for six months, I am looking for someone who would like to live in my room during this time. Since it is still uncertain whether I will move back afterward, there is also the possibility of taking over the room permanently.
